    delightful breakfast
    spacious room
    easy transport
    cramped room
    hassle switch

The cooked eggs were a highlight, transforming breakfast into a delightful culinary adventure. The room was spacious, which I appreciated. Plus, there’s a bus stop right outside, making trips into the heart of Edinburgh a breeze.

The room was a touch on the cramped side thanks to the ensuite, but that’s a minor gripe. To stop the shower, I had to pop out to reach the switch—tiny hassle in an otherwise fab stay!

    good location
    outdoor parks
    lack of outdoor seating

We had an easy walk to the bustling Royal Mile, which the kids loved exploring. The location offers great parks nearby for our children to run around in. Breakfast was good, and the basic cereal and toast were perfect to fuel us for the day.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more outdoor seating options for families.

    comfortable bed
    cleanliness impressive
    easy access
    cozy room
    drainage issues

Comfortable bed ensured a decent night's sleep. Cleanliness throughout my stay was impressive. The bus stop right outside provided easy access to the city, making exploration effortless. the room felt a bit too cozy, which made maneuvering with luggage a hassle, especially with two suitcases. The basic continental breakfast was a good start but lacked variety. The room could use some updates as it felt somewhat worn. the bathroom had drainage issues during showers, which could lead to potential flooding.

The room had a comfy bed and was clean, making it a decent spot to crash after a long day. The dining area was nice, offering a pleasant space to grab breakfast, although options were limited on timing.

The room was a bit stuffy due to a window that barely opened, making it uncomfortable, especially when sharing space in the spring heat. The parking situation is a squeeze at best. if you've got a small car, you'll manage, but it might test your driving skills. Room 3 is a tight fit. much better suited for a solo traveler, with a broken toilet seat and drainage issues in the shower that could flood the bathroom if you're not careful. Plus, the noise from the fan makes things tricky if someone wants to use the bathroom while you're trying to sleep. And only one towel hook? Really?

Everything in the room was comfy and I had a decent sleep. The bus stop was right outside which was a big plus, takes you straight to the Mile and beyond.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Just a well-suited match for a flash stay in Edinburgh with best value for money ratio. The location is quite good, a short stroll to local eateries. Remember to pack light as the room is a bit cramped.
